Statoil and previous group controller of
Borealis. Bjarte Bogsnes presents the principles of Beyond Budgeting and shares his experience in implementing the new management model in Statoil and Borealis. He is also chairman of
Beyond Budgeting Roundtable, a network of enterprises implementing Beyond Budgeting.
